I'm a growth marketer who believes that great marketing comes from truly understanding your customers — not just running campaigns.



Started in finance at Nike's CFO team, then sharpened strategic thinking at PwC consulting.
Built startup services at Slush, then led growth connecting Finnish talent with YC startups.
Growth marketing lead for B2B SaaS — building customer journeys and go-to-market strategy.
Founded the service I always needed — a dedicated strategist without the agency overhead.
My path to founding A2 Growth wasn't a straight line — it was a journey through some of the most dynamic companies in the Nordics, each teaching me something essential about what makes businesses grow.
I started in finance at Nike, working in the CFO's team. I was good at building analysis, but I realized something was missing — I wanted to be the one making the decisions, not just informing them.
That led me to PwC for management consulting, where I sharpened my strategic thinking. Then I joined Slush, where I got to roll up my sleeves and build services for the startup ecosystem. Both roles were formative, but they left me wanting even more ownership over growth.
At Startuplifers, I finally got to build something from scratch — connecting Finnish talent with startups from Y Combinator, Berkeley, and Stanford. This was my first real taste of growth marketing, and I was hooked.

My time at ONEiO was where everything clicked. As growth marketing lead, I worked closely with product and sales, building customer journeys and positioning for a complex B2B SaaS product. But I kept running into the same problem: I couldn't find a marketing partner that met my standards.
Agencies were expensive and slow. Freelancers were unpredictable. I needed someone who could think strategically, execute quickly, and integrate seamlessly with the team — without the overhead.
So I built it myself.
Now, after more than two years running A2 Growth full-time, I've had the pleasure of working with all kinds of teams — from small teams just kicking things off, to publicly traded company teams, and family-owned business teams. Achieving real business growth while having a great time doing it. I've also been building my own AI products on the side, because I believe the best marketers need to understand the tools shaping our future.
